Do you have a waiting list?

No. We run intakes so groups can start together, and we hold individual spaces at each one. First calls are usually within a week.

How do I know which therapy I need?

You don’t need to know. That’s the point of the free call – we listen, then recommend, and we say so if we think you’d be better served elsewhere.

Is it in person or online?

Both, whichever works for you, and you can mix them depending on therapist availability, our groups are run mainly online at the moment

What does neurodivergent-informed actually mean?

Adjustments as standard, not as a favour: processing time, sensory needs, written summaries, no eye contact required.

No diagnosis needed.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can come to us directly. With your permission we’ll keep your GP in the loop where it’s clinically sensible.

What is DBT, in one paragraph?

A structured therapy for people whose emotions run hot and fast. It teaches concrete skills for riding out distress, regulating emotion and handling relationships – with your therapist available between sessions.

Can I use private health insurance?

Several of us are recognised by the main UK insurers. Bring your policy details to the free call and we’ll check before you commit.

How long will I be in therapy?

Some people come for six sessions, some for two years. We review together every few months so it’s always your choice to continue.
